Fexofenidine

Fexofenidine is and anithistamine used to treat allergy symptoms, usually seasonal allergies like hay fever. It's the main ingredient in the allergy medicine Allegra.

It may cause drowsiness in some people, so the first time you take it make sure you won't need to do anything that could be dangerous like drive a car.

In very rare instances, taking fexofenidine has caused difficulty sleeping and even nightmares.
