Spivira is a fairly new drug that's used to treat serious respiratory problems such as the effects of chronic bronchitis. It seems to have helped some people that couldn't find relief from anything else. Spivira works by keeping the bronchial tubes dilated, and the effects can last up to 36 hours. Typically, you would take it by inhaler everyday to keep your breathing more free.
