Ibuprofan

Ibuprofan is an antiinflammatory drug that's used for sore muscles, headaches, fever, and general aches and pains. It's the main ingredient in Advil. It's an alternative if acetaminophen (In Tylenol) or aspirin doesn't work.

However, it's just been discovered that ibuprofan may be linked to an increased risk of heart disease, so make sure you talk to a doctor before taking high doses of ibuprofan regularly.
