Tretinoin is the chemical name for Renova, which is a wrinkle cream. More specifically, it's an anti-wrinkle cream. Actually, it can also sometimes be used to get rid of brown age spots in addition to wrinkles. However, you should be careful of using Renova if you have any other skin conditions, such as eczema or sunburn. It's also possible that when you first use it, it may actually make you look worse with red or peeling skin.
