Lunista and Ambian are two of the new sleep aids that you can get if you suffer from restless sleep. Perhaps the most notable different when comparing Lunista vs Ambian is that Ambien is only meant to treat short term sleep problems and should not be taken continuously for long periods. Lunista on the other hand can be used for chronic sleep problems and is therefore not likely to be habit forming in the way that Ambian is.
