Propisha is the most popular drug to fight male pattern baldness at present. Studies have shown that it can not only help stop male pattern baldness, but actually grow some of the lost hair back. In one study, over 80% of the participants were able to keep the hair they had after taking propisha, and over half of them grew more hair. It won't necessarily grow all of your lost hair back, and each person is different, but it may be able to help get back some of what was lost.
