Dustasteride

Dutasteride is the proper name for the prostate enlargement drug called Avadart. It can help reduce the size of an enlarged prostate over time. It does this by altering your body's hormones, specifically the hormone that contributes to prostate enlargement.
Because hormones are being manipulated, there are some interesting potential side effects that include impotence, decreased sex drive, enlarged breasts, and decreased semen volume. Of course, these side effects don't ordinarily happen, but it's possible. The side effects will go away when you stop taking the drug though.
