Fluticasone may be used to treat asthma or seasonal allergies. It's one of the primary ingredients in at least one of the popular allergy inhalers. It doesn't actually treat the symptoms, but rather the cause of the symptoms - inflammation. And it is generally used daily and not just when the symtpoms present themselves.
