Tadalifil is the chemical name for the erectile dysfunction drug commonly known as cialis. Cialis is perhaps the most popular drug for this problem on the market right now. One problem that some similar drugs have is that they can affect the heart and blood circulation, particularly for people with heart problems. Cialis may not have these effects, although more studies should still be done.
