Zyban is effectively used to stop smoking for many people. However, it's interesting that we don't even really know how it works. We know that it affects neurotransmitters in the brain that are involved in nicotine addiction. However, we don't really know how it affects them. Of course, it's the results that matter more than the process so long as the process isn't harmful. And studies haven't shown Zyban to be harmful in any substantial way in the short term.
