Yazmin is the "new" birth control pill. It has raised a lot of eyebrows because it works differently than other birth control pills. What's so exciting about it? The claim is that it will not only prevent pregnancy as effectively as other birth control pills, but it may also help you lose weight. That's a dream come true for many women. Will it actually do that for you? Maybe, maybe not, but there's evidence that says it might.
