Flonaze is a nasal spray to help relieve the symptoms of seasonal allergies. But you shouldn't just use it when you feel the symptoms. You're supposed to use it everyday, once a day. Side effects aren't usually a problem, and even if you experience symptoms they probably won't be a big deal. But definitely see a doctor if anything significant (significantly bad) happens after taking the medication.
