Viagra is the drug that really started the "male sexual enhancement" craze. At the time it came on the market, there was really no competition. Now, of course, there are a few other popular drugs that basically do the same thing, maybe in slightly different ways. But viagara still sells like crazy, and it probably accounts for more spam than any other product.
