L-triptophan

L-triptophan has been used to treat depression and bipolar disorder (alone or with other medications). Over the years, there has been some question over whether or not L-triptophan contributes to a disease called EMS, but there hasn't been any conclusive evidence yet. Nonetheless, you should consult a doctor and be careful if you plan to use L-triptophan.
